Rebuilt a single-client reporting system into a reusable platform with per-client layouts, so PiinPoint could sell custom report packages to new clients. Built an AI-powered portal that turns broker PDFs, emails and screenshots into structured listings. This is my current job and is separate from dotdev.

The problem

PiinPoint is a location intelligence company.

Its reporting system was built for one client, LCBO.

Real-estate teams curated listings in Excel.

Broker listings arrived as PDFs, emails and screenshots.

What I built

  • Rebuilt the LCBO-only reporting system into a reusable platform with a layout for each client.
  • Planned and built Sitematch, a replacement for the Excel files used to curate real-estate listings.
  • Built an AI-powered Submission Portal that reads broker PDFs, emails and screenshots and turns them into structured listings matched to each organization’s fields.

What it made possible

  • PiinPoint could sell custom report packages to new clients, including Sobeys.
  • Sitematch grew to about a dozen enterprise teams. I am credited with helping land clients.
  • The portal turns broker PDFs, emails and screenshots into structured listings.
