When you send an inquiry
The contact form sends your name, email, chosen service and message to Formspree so dotdev can respond. Include only what is needed to discuss the work. Do not submit credentials or confidential source code. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Contact dev@dotdev.dev to ask about an inquiry or request deletion of its details. Formspree processes submissions under its privacy policy.
Website measurement
On the production website, Vercel Web Analytics may measure page visits and fixed inquiry-flow events to help us understand which pages are useful. The integration removes query strings and fragments. Only registered campaign identifiers, page routes, service choices, CTA placements and fixed failure categories are included in event data. Names, email addresses and message contents are excluded. Development and preview visits are excluded. Registered campaign attribution is held in per-tab session storage and expires after 30 minutes without a tracked visit or interaction; it does not identify you. If storage is unavailable, attribution lasts only while the page remains loaded. Analytics failure does not prevent an inquiry.
Vercel describes its cookie-free measurement and processing in its Web Analytics privacy documentation. Hosting infrastructure may also process request information to deliver and protect the site.
Local preferences and external services
The theme switch stores your choice in your browser’s local storage. The website works when storage is unavailable. The Projects page requests public repository data directly from GitHub; that request exposes ordinary connection information to GitHub. Fonts are served with the site.
