About me
I am the developer behind dotdev. I build custom websites, web apps, internal tools and AI workflow automation for small and mid-size businesses.
You talk to the person who builds it. There is no sales team or project manager between you and the work.

HostHamilton
CTO, 2017–2022
Oversaw operations and all technical delivery for a startup web design and development agency.
eRational Marketing
Freelance web developer, 2018–2019
Built customer-facing WordPress websites from PSD designs.
Shopify
Developer, 2019–2022
Head developer of AuditCreator, an internal tool the Storefront Optimization team used to audit prospective enterprise clients’ storefronts. It replaced a manual Google Docs and spreadsheets workflow. I am credited with helping land several of those clients.
PiinPoint
Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, 2023 to now
Rebuilt a reporting system made for one client (LCBO) into a reusable platform, so PiinPoint could sell custom report packages to new clients, including Sobeys. Built Sitematch, which replaced an Excel workflow for curating real-estate listings and grew to about a dozen enterprise teams. Built a portal that turns broker PDFs, emails and screenshots into structured listings.
PiinPoint is my current job. It is separate from dotdev. dotdev projects are my own work, and PiinPoint is not involved in them.

Playchek Inspector for an inspection company, DocumentScribe for inspection and service businesses, and AgentWire, an open-source tool I use to run my own work.

A little about me
I started in operations, not code. I spent eight years running a team and a client list before I moved into building software.
I studied computer technology at Mohawk College, and I work from Ontario, Canada.
