A custom, offline-first inspection app built for Playchek Services Inc., a third-party playground safety inspection and risk-management firm based in London, Ontario.

Playground inspections are detail-heavy and happen far from a desk — equipment measured against the CSA Z614:20 standard, deficiencies photographed, protective-surface impact drop tests logged on-site. Doing that on paper means re-keying everything later and slow report turnaround.
The goal: let an inspector capture a complete, standards-aligned inspection on whatever device is in hand — photos and drop-test results included — and generate the client-ready PDF report on the spot, online or off.

Digital Checklists
Structured inspection workflows aligned to the CSA Z614:20 playground safety standard, replacing paper clipboards in the field.
Photo Management
Capture photos and attach them directly to the inspection issue they document, so every finding carries its own visual evidence.
Drop Test Reports
Record impact attenuation test observations alongside the protective surfacing being inspected. Professional assessment remains the inspector’s responsibility.
On-Device PDF Reports
Turn a completed inspection into a clean, client-ready PDF report generated right on the device — no second pass at the office.
Offline-First
Playgrounds rarely have signal. Inspections run fully offline against a local SQLite store and auto-sync the moment a connection returns.
Cross-Platform
A shared codebase with web, Electron desktop and Capacitor mobile targets. Platform support does not imply an independently verified app-store release.
